PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers football's home matchup against Washington (Sept. 27, 8 p.m. ET) and road trip to USC (Oct. 25, 11 p.m. ET) have both been selected for the FOX College Football Friday package, the Big Ten and FOX announced Wednesday.

The game versus the Huskies is presented by Horizon and will be the annual Blackout at SHI Stadium. Fans are encouraged to wear black and arrive early to see the pregame light show. The team will wear its black uniforms and helmets.

Rutgers is offering a limited-time "Flash Friday" special ticket promotion for Sept. 27, with seats in select sections on sale for $30, maximum of six tickets per person. The "Flash Friday" deal can be purchased online and is only valid through Friday, May 31 at 11:59 p.m.

The Scarlet Knights' previous home game against Washington was also on a Friday, the 2017 season opener. RU and USC have never met on the gridiron heading into 2024. The Oct. 25 matchup will follow Game 1 of the World Series on FOX.
