Gymnastics Posts 194.575 Against Penn State

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers gymnastics posted a score of 194.575 on Sunday afternoon against Penn State. The Nittany Lions finished with a 196.375 to win the meet.
The Scarlet Knights posted their highest score of the meet on vault, starting strong with Lisa Chevaire, who tied a career high with a 9.825. Competing on vault for the first time collegiately, Reagan Schenkel stuck her vault for a 9.875.
On bars, Delaney Adrian delivered her best performance of the season, scoring a 9.900. It was her first 9.9 of the season and she became the third Scarlet Knight to score a 9.9+ this season, joining Gabrielle Dildy (floor) and Emily Leese (vault, floor).
Adrian then led off beam for RU, tying a career high with a 9.875. Vivienne Larsen made her collegiate debut on beam, scoring a 9.625.
Finishing the meet on floor, RU posted a 49.600. Chevaire started things off with a 9.750, her highest score of the season on the event. Elliot Goldsmith delivered the highest score for the Scarlet Knights on the event with a 9.825.
