Women’s Golf Earns WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers women's golf was recognized for its outstanding work in the classroom with the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-Scholar Team GPA Award, announced on Wednesday.
The honor recognizes the Scarlet Knights for having a top-20 GPA in the country and the second-highest GPA in the Big Ten, with the team posting a 3.85 GPA in 2025-26. RU has been recognized on the WGCA's top-25 rankings nine times in the last 10 seasons, finishing as high as No. 3 in the country in 2018.
Rutgers continues to stand out as one of the elite academic programs in the country. Emily James, Krystal Li, Grace Lu, Elizabeth Ryu, and Joline Truong all earned 2026 WGCA All-America Scholar accolades. James, Li, Lu, Truong, and Lorena Rossettin all collected Big Ten Distinguished Scholar recognition, helping the Scarlet Knights to a 3.81 spring term GPA.
