2021: Placed 38th with a time of 19:04.9 (6k) at the Lehigh Invitational…he placed 35th with a time of 27:39.6 at the (8k) Iona Meet of Champions … he placed 193rd at with a time of 25:25.8 (8k) at the Lehigh Paul Short Run…he placed 43rd with a time of 26:57.0 (5.2 mile) at the Penn State National Open…he finished 79th with a time of 26:57.0 (5.2 mile) at the Big Ten Championships…he placed 81st with a time of 32:52.8 (10k) at the NCAA Regional Championships. 

2019 (Junior): Finished ninth in the 8K with a time of 27:00.9 at the Fordham Fiasco (Sep. 7)...finished 13th with a time of 26:53.1 at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 11).

2018 (Sophomore): Made his season debut at the Fordham Fiasco (Sept 8) ... Finished 19th overall with a time of 27:05.04 at the Fordham Fiasco ... Top finisher for Rutgers with a time of 26:45.2 at Iona College Meet of Champions (Sept 14) ... Finished 13th overall at the Metropolitan Championship (Oct. 12) ... Ran his personal best of 25:31.3 at the Big Ten Championships (Oct. 28) ... Ran a 33:06 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 9) ... Ran a personal best of 23:46 at the IC4A Championships (Nov. 17)

2017 (Freshman): Ran a personal best of 31:44.4 in the 10K at NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 10) … finished 12th with a personal best of 26:27.2 in the 5 Mile to contribute to Rutgers victory at NYC Metropolitan XC Championships (Oct. 13) … accomplished a personal best of 25:41.3 in the 8K at Paul Short Gold (Sep. 29) … made collegiate debut at Lehigh Invitational with 18:57.4 in the 6K to place ninth and contribute to Rutgers victory (Sep. 1).

Prior to Rutgers: NJSIAA Group I cross country champion during senior season in 2016, the first in South Amboy history … also finished first at the NJSIAA Sectionals … owns a PR of 15:30.0 in the 5K, produced at the Battle at Ocean County … added a second-place result of 16:23.5 at the Greater Middlesex Conference Championship … First Team All-State by the Star-Ledger.

Personal: An engineering major with minor studies in politcal science... Plans on a career in law... Son of Annette and Patrick... Father, Patrick, ran at LIU; cousin, Brianna Haspel, runs for Rutgers; cousin, Kelly, played basketball for Ramapo; cousin, Tara, runs at Sacred Heart; two uncles ran in NCAA Division I...Participated in Student Council, Sports With Friends, History Club and the Prom Committee... Member of Young Americans for Freedom... Proudest sports moment was bringing track team to small high school for the first time and going on to win the 3200m Group 1 State Championship...Greatest sports influence is his family...
