2018 (Sophomore): Played in all 12 games with seven starts at tight end ... recorded 16 receptions for 184 yards and two touchdowns ... averaged 11.5 yards per reception ... picked up nine first downs ... hauled in four receptions for a season-high 69 yards with a 27-yard touchdown grab at Michigan State (11/24) ... collected two receptions for 34 yards at Wisconsin (11/3) ... added two catches versus Northwestern (10/20) ... had five receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown against Illinois (10/6) ... made a tackle on special teams versus Buffalo (9/22) ... hauled in a seven-yard pass at Kansas (9/15) ... recorded a 13-yard reception at No. 4 Ohio State (9/8) ... started the season opener against Texas State (9/1).

2017 (Freshman): Played in seven games with two starts at tight end ... collected first reception for 14 yards at Indiana (11/18) ... earned first career start in the victory versus Maryland (11/4) ... made collegiate debut in the win at Illinois (10/14).

Prior to Rutgers: Coached by Kurt Thompson at Kickapoo … played tight end and defensive back for the Chiefs … helped Kickapoo to a 9-2 record and an appearance in the Missouri Class Six state playoffs … finished senior season with 17 catches for 205 yards and two touchdowns at tight end … also had 90 tackles, four tackles-for-loss a sack and a forced fumble … First Team Class 6 All-State on defense by the Missouri Football Coaches Association … had 82 tackles and helped the Chiefs to an appearance in the state semifinal as a junior … three-star prospect and 11th overall recruit in Missouri by 247Sports … also played basketball and competed in track and field during scholastic career.

Personal: Father, D.J., currently coaches at Kickapoo after a long-time career as a collegiate assistant with stints at Buffalo, Missouri State and Northern Iowa … cousin, Chase Allen, is currently a tight end at Iowa State … uncle, Terry Allen, was the former head coach at Northern Iowa, Kansas and Missouri State.
