Prior to Rutgers: Coached by Albert Chiola at Linden … played defensive end and wide receiver for the Tigers … collected 139 career tackles, 23 sacks, seven forced fumbles and two defensive touchdowns overall … produced 83 tackles, 23 tackles-for-loss, 12 sacks and five forced fumbles as a senior in 2019 … First Team All-Watchung and First Team All-Group IV … earned 2020 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year by the Union County Athletic Conference … also named honorable mention all-state … totaled 56 tackles and 11 sacks as a junior to help the Tigers to a 7-3 record in 2018 … 2018 First Team All-Watchung Division and First Team All-Group IV as a junior … selected to play in the 2019 Phil Simms North vs. South All-Star Classic … also lettered in track and field for the Tigers.
