If you do not have a parking pass, you must use GAME DAY PARKING lots noted above.
**PARKING LOTS OPEN FIVE HOURS PRIOR TO GAME TIME**

I HAVE A PARKING PASS. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
• Read the back of your parking pass for proper instructions and lot regulations.
• Follow posted traffic directions on game day.
• Avoid delays by arriving at the stadium as early as possible (our best advice).
• Hand Parking Pass to parking attendant and follow instructions to park in assigned location. Pass INVALID without dated stub.
• University Parking Decals (faculty/staff and students) are accepted ONLY in the Livingston and College Avenue campus Game Day Cash Parking Lots. University Decals are NOT valid in season parking lots or UMDNJ lots. See above map for location of Game Day Cash Parking Lots.

I DO NOT HAVE A PARKING PASS. WHERE CAN I PARK?
• Game Day Cash Parking Lots can be found on the Livingston, College Avenue, and Biomedical and Health Sciences Campus (formerly UMDNJ) Campuses.

• Lyft, the ride sharing app, offers fans another safe and reliable option to travel to and from SHI Stadium. Lot 49 is designated as the pick-up location, while an area just past the roundabout across from the Blue Lot will serve as the drop off point on gameday. Click here for more information on Lot 49. 

Livingston Campus/RAC: RAC parking lots can be accessed via Suttons Lane or Avenue E. Take the FREE shuttle bus from in front of the RAC ($25 per vehicle).

College Avenue Campus: Parking is available in the College Avenue Parking Deck and Lot 30 located behind the College Avenue Gymnasium. These lots can be accessed via Route 18 North or South. Take the FREE shuttle bus from in front of the Rutgers Student Center ($20 per vehicle). 

Biomedical and Health Sciences Campus (formerly UMDNJ): Parking lots can be accessed via Hoes Lane West. Located within close proximity to the Stadium ($20 per vehicle).

• FREE Shuttle Service from Downtown New Brunswick: Buses depart regularly beginning three hours prior to kick-off at the New Brunswick Train Station Albany Street Bus Stop (located next to the taxi cab waiting area) and return up to three hours after the game.

HANDICAPPED PARKING
• Handicapped ID, license plate or placard AND your Rutgers Football Handicapped Season Parking Pass MUST be displayed for handicapped parking access.
• Handicapped parking on the Busch Campus is SOLD OUT on a season basis.
• Gameday handicapped parking spaces are available at the RAC with an ADA specific shuttle picking up in front.
• Please note the ADA specific shuttle is different from the Rutgers Shuttle Buses. Follow signs or ask attendants for ADA pick-up areas.
• Reminder that all parking is assigned in priority point order.

FANS TRAVELING BY TRAIN VIA NJ TRANSIT (from NY or Philadelphia)
• Take the Northeast Corridor train to the New Brunswick Station.

Free Shuttle Bus: Buses depart regularly beginning three hours prior to kick-off at the New Brunswick Train Station Albany Street Bus Stop (located next to the taxi cab waiting area) and return up to three hours after the game.

RV, OVERSIZED VEHICLE AND BUS PARKING
Game day parking for Oversized Vehicles, including Recreational Vehicles (RVs) and buses, is $100 per game. Game day Parking for RVs and Buses is only at the Rutgers Athletic Center (RAC) and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle bus service to SHI Stadium will be provided free of charge on game day. Please note that RVs and buses are not permitted to park in Johnson Park and that cars in tow will be subject to an additional $25 fee.

Parking Policies
• Day of game parking is $25 per vehicle in most lots and $100 per bus per game.
• Day of game parking can be found on the Livingston, College Avenue, and UMDNJ Campuses (weather permitting).
• University Parking Decals (faculty/staff and students) provide FREE parking, but are accepted ONLY in RAC and College Avenue game day cash parking lots.
• Every space in each lot is filled in order, front to back, on a first-come, first-served basis, no exceptions.
• Parking passes are a revocable license. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to any lot for any reason.
• Reproduction of parking passes is strictly prohibited. The display of a fraudulent pass is a criminal offense, punishable up to a $1000 fine.
• Ownership of a parking pass constitutes acknowledgement by holder that he/she agrees to all parking, tailgating and stadium policies.
• All season parking issued by Rutgers Athletics is assigned in priority point order.
• Handicapped ID, license plate or placard AND your Rutgers Football Handicapped Season Parking Pass MUST be displayed for handicapped parking access for designated spaces in the Scarlet, White and RAC Lots for season ticket holders only. Limited single game/handicapped spaces are available in the RAC Lots.

• Parking for box trucks in Silver or RAC Lots only.
• Please note that there is no longer any parking in Johnson Park. Bus drop off at Johnson Park will still occur. 
• Charter buses: $100 per game. Follow signs to RAC or Silver Lot with pass and be directed to the appropriate parking area.
• Parking passes are valid for motor vehicle parking only. One space per vehicle. No trailers.
• Rutgers reserves the right to change/alter individual parking lot locations due to safety/ security/weather circumstances.
• Lock your vehicle. Rutgers University is not responsible for fire, theft, damage and/or loss of the vehicle or any contents.

Tailgate Policies
• Parking lots are open five (5) hours prior to kickoff and close at dusk.
• Parking spaces are limited and tailgating must be confined to a small area around your vehicle. Traffic aisles and parking spaces can not be blocked at any time.
• Spectators wishing to park together must enter lots at the same time, displaying matching passes.
• All stadium parking lots will be reserved for those attending the game. If you do not attend the game, you will be asked to leave the stadium parking lots at kickoff time.
• University regulations and state statutes on drug and alcohol consumption will be strictly enforced.
• Kegs, beer balls, and tents/canopies larger than 10X10 are prohibited. These items are not permitted in the parking lots/adjacent areas at any time.
• For safety purposes, charcoal should be discarded in specially marked yellow barrels located throughout the parking lots.
• Open flames other than approved grills are not permitted. Camp fires/ bonfires are prohibited.
• Please recycle and put all trash in proper receptacles.
• RUPD and Rutgers Athletics remind everyone to please drink responsibly. Don't drink and drive.

Stadium Policies
• Gate Procedures - All spectators must present their own ticket. All items brought into the stadium will be inspected. SHI Stadium regulations prohibit bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, coolers, umbrellas, noisemaking devices, balloons, laser pointers, pets (with the exception of guide dogs), balls, weapons, sticks/poles, containers, fireworks, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate from being brought into the facility. By use of your ticket, you consent to a reasonable search for prohibited items. Ticket stubs are not valid for re-entry.
• Athletics Bag Policy and Frequently Asked Questions
• Smoking Policy - Per university regulations, smoking is not permitted in the seating area, bathrooms, and lower/upper concourses.
• Umbrellas - To ensure safety and good field visibility, umbrellas are not permitted in SHI Stadium.
• Solicitation - The selling of any item by anyone other than university-authorized personnel in and around SHI Stadium, including the parking lots, is prohibited. Violators are subject to prosecution.
• Stadium Gates - Access stadium via main North and West gates. Exit stadium via all East, North and West Gates off of the lower concourse.
• Lightning Alert - Rutgers University Athletic Facilities are equipped with the Thor Guard Prediction System. In the event that the system activates, proper evacuation policies and procedures will be implemented.
