Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance
The Office of Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance, in cooperation with the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics, provides education and programming for members of all athletic teams and staff. The primary goals are to provide information, clarify myths and misconceptions, and reduce a student-athlete's vulnerability to violence. Programs are provided throughout the academic year. Content varies, but typically addresses topics such sexual assault, sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, etc.
