Important Dates
February 15 to March 16, 2021: Early Opt-In Period + New Season Ticket Deposits
Season ticket holders have the exclusive opportunity to opt into an extended 6 payment plan, spreading their payments out into 6 equal installments on the 15th of every month from March through August 2021. Simply contact your account representative or log into your account at scarletknights.com/tickets to opt into your 2021-22 Winter Sports Package (MBB, WBB and/or WR).
New season ticket deposits are available for $50 per account. A deposit will provide priority once season tickets go on sale to choose seating locations. Seats are based upon availability.
March 17, 2021: Season Ticket Renewal Period Begins + New Season Deposits Seated
The 2021-22 renewal period officially begins. Season ticket holders have the opportunity to pay off their balance in full or opt-into a 4-installment payment plan (25% down at time of renewal, 25% June 15, July 15, August 16).
Any accounts who placed a new season ticket deposit will be contacted in priority point order to select their seats for the 2021-22 winter sport seasons.
March 22, 2021: New Season Tickets On-Sale
New season tickets sales are now available for the general public to anyone looking to purchase new season tickets for the 2021-22 men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and wrestling seasons.
May 17, 2021: Season Ticket Renewal Deadline
Following a short grace period, any accounts not renewed will not be guaranteed their seat locations for the 2021-22 seasons. If you are facing any difficulties making payment or face uncertainty due to the pandemic, please notify your account representative and a hold can be placed on your account for the upcoming season.
June 30, 2021: Priority Point Deadline
Season ticket holders may purchase additional seats or make donations to enhance their positioning for the 2021-22 season through June 30, 2021 (end of fiscal year). Priority points as of June 30, 2021 will be used for any on-sales, upgrade, or parking processes for the 2021-22 season. Any bonus points acquired, or additional donations made, during the Ticket to Success campaign will contribute to your priority point total as of June 30, 2021.
July 15, 2021: Seat Upgrade | Relocation & Parking Process Begins
The seat upgrade and relocation process will begin on July 15. Any account that has previously indicated the wish to upgrade or relocate their current season tickets will be able to do so in priority point order as of June 30, 2021.
The ticket office will begin allocating season parking in priority point order, first for any renewal accounts followed by new season ticket holder accounts. The ticket office will fulfill parking requests based on selections made during the renewal process of their preferred parking lot. If no preferences are submitted, the Ticket Office will assume Green lot is the preferred lot of choice followed by the Yellow lot. Parking lot capacities are limited, and everything is based upon availability.
Date TBD – Season Ticket Holder Single Game Pre-Sales
Season ticket holders will have access to single game tickets prior to going on-sale to the general public. Check back later this summer for official pre-sale dates. Once the schedule is established, we will then provide further information on dates and times for pre-sales.

Mobile tickets will provide season ticket holders and Rutgers Athletics maximum flexibility and ease of use. This is a big change for our fans, and to help we will continually update you with all the latest content and education on how to manage your tickets.
