WHAT WE DO
R Guest Services has been established to enhance the overall fan experience by serving as a visible, approachable resource throughout athletic venues on game day. Team members will be stationed strategically across venues to answer questions, provide directions and information, assist with guest needs and respond to customer concerns in real time.
“The introduction of R Guest Services is part of an overall effort to deliver exceptional customer service to anyone who visits Rutgers,” said Director of Athletics Keli Zinn. “This unit will play a key role in making our operation more responsive, customer-focused and supportive. Our fans are a special part of game day and we want to ensure that they have the best experience possible.”

R Guest Services Helpline
A new helpline is available to fans to report issues and receive assistance in-venue when you text “KNIGHTS” to 69050 with your issue and location on game days.

Game Day Accommodations
R Guest Services team members are stationed inside and outside the stadium to support guests with accessibility needs. They offer wheelchair escorts across the venue and can arrange rides via the RWJBarnabas Health Courtesy Transport Service for eligible guests.
Game Day ADA Parking/Ticketing

Wheelchair Services
Wheelchairs are available at the ADA drop-off location in Athletes Glen or along the stadium concourse. Fans requesting a wheelchair escort should text “KNIGHTS” to 69050 or see the nearest R Guest Services team member or event staff.
