Aaron Miller is in his second season with Rutgers football as a special teams assistant. Miller previously worked at Princeton, where he served as the Tigers’ offensive quality control and assistant running backs coach during the 2019 season.

Princeton finished 8-2 during Miller’s lone season with the Tigers, as the team produced the Ivy League’s top rushing offense in 2019. Miller assisted with a unit that featured running back Collin Eaddy, who produced 12 rushing touchdowns to claim all-league accolades.

Prior to his arrival at Princeton, Miller was hired as a special teams quality control coach at Texas Tech in 2018. Miller worked with kicker Clayton Hartfield, who was a First Team All-Big 12 selection and a Lou Groza Award semifinalist.

Miller spent two seasons (2016-17) on staff at Ohio State as a special teams assistant, where he oversaw the unit’s scout teams during Buckeye practices. Kicker Sean Neurnberger and punter Drue Chrisman earned Third Team All-Big Ten accolades in 2017, as Chrisman was a semifinalist for the Ray Guy Award.

Miller earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and sport industry in 2016 from Ohio State. During his time as an undergraduate in Columbus, Miller worked as a video assistant with the Buckeye football team.
