Jesse Hallford joined Rutgers football in 2023 and serves as the director of football technology. Hallford oversees audio and visual services in leading the Scarlet Knights' video staff.

Prior to arriving in Piscataway, Hallford worked for CoachComm as associate product manager, a role that included implementing new technologies, conducting product research and more. Hallford’s previous stop was at Capital Business Equipment in Montgomery, Alabama.

Hallford served as video coordinator for East Carolina football for two seasons (2019-2020), creating media content for the program and meeting the needs of the coaching staff. He also has collegiate video experience at Washington State (2015-16), UAB (2014, 2017-18) and Mississippi State (2012-13). In 2014, Hallford was named Conference USA Football Video Coordinator of the Year for his work at UAB.

A native of Prattville, Alabama, Hallford earned a Bachelor of Communication in radio/TV/film from the University of South Alabama in 2012. He is a member of the Collegiate Sports Video Association.
