Jordan Huxtable is in his fifth season with the Scarlet Knights. He has worked as a defensive assistant and in quality control.

Huxtable spent the 2018 season as an assistant defensive backs coach at Morehead State. Huxtable helped Sayyid Kanu earn honorable mention All-Pioneer honors after the senior corner produced a team-best 62 tackles along with a team-high six pass breakups and two interceptions.

Prior to his arrival at Morehead State, Huxtable worked the 2017 season on the coaching staff at Elmhurst College and the 2016 campaign as a coaching intern at Northern Illinois. At NIU, Huxtable assisted with the cornerbacks.

The St. Charles, Illinois, native played football at the University of Connecticut and Northern Illinois before he closed out his collegiate career at Illinois State. Huxtable earned his bachelor’s degree in university studies from Illinois State in 2016.
