Ryan Glenn is in his eighth year with Rutgers football and serves as the director of football operations. Glenn’s duties with the Scarlet Knights include managing financial aid services, as well as coordinating travel operations such as hotel, food and transportation.
 
Glenn also organizes and coordinates postseason operations, assists the head football coach and staff with special projects and is involved in player development, among other responsibilities for the football program.
 
Prior to Rutgers, Glenn was a full-time fan development department intern as well as a charities representative for the Philadelphia Phillies.
 
During his undergraduate years at the University of Delaware, Glenn worked as a football operations intern for the Blue Hens. That job included solving logistics for away games and working with the recruiting coordinator on projects. Glenn graduated from with a Bachelor of Arts in sport management with a minor in community & organizational leadership in 2013.
