Rutgers University Athletics

Tyree Nobles enters his first full season as a graduate assistant with Rutgers football in 2022, focusing on wide receivers. Nobles also worked in player development for the Scarlet Knights during the 2021 campaign. 

Nobles previously worked as a graduate assistant at Concord University during the summer of 2021 and spent the 2020 season on staff at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  

Nobles played football at Widener University, where he was a three-year letterwinner at defensive back from 2015-17. Nobles earned Second Team All-Middle Atlantic Conference laurels in 2017 after he finished his senior season with 34 tackles, four pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Nobles appeared in 29 career games at Widener and also played at Lackawanna College during his collegiate career. 

Nobles graduated from Widener in 2017 with his bachelor's degree in accounting.
