Rutgers University Athletics

Lauren Moroch joined Rutgers Athletics in January 2016 and serves as the coordinator of Olympic sport operations for field hockey, softball, men's and women's cross country and track and field. She assists the coaching staffs with daily operations such as team travel, meals, expense reports, various events, recruiting itineraries, paperwork and more.

Before arriving in Piscataway, Moroch started her career in the fitness industry and held various club gymnastics coaching jobs before pursing a Master's degree and switching to intercollegiate athletics. That included stops as a gymnastics operations intern (2013-14) and as the director of operations for gymnastics and men's and women's tennis (2014-15) at Washington before moving back to the east coast.

Moroch earned a Bachelor of Science in exercise science with a minor in sport and exercise psychology from Ithaca College in 2012. She was a student-athlete on the IC Bomber Gymnastics team (2008-12) and part of four NCGA National Gymnastics Championship appearances. A certified ACSM exercise physiologist, Moroch earned her M.Ed. in intercollegiate athletic leadership from University of Washington in 2014.

Moroch currently resides in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
