2023 (Outdoor): Placed third with a throw of 55.60m (182' 5") (discus) at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational ... placed first with a throw of  50.77m (166' 7") (discus) at the Larry Ellis Invitational ... placed second with a throw of 53.89 (176' 9") (discus) at the Rutgers Relays ... placed first with a throw of 63.99m (209' 11") (hammer throw) at the Rutgers Relays ... placed first with a throw of 63.70m (209' 0") (hammer throw) at the Penn Relays.  

2023 (Indoor): Placed first with a throw of 18.53m (60' 9.5") (weight throw) at the Rutgers Holiday Classic ... placed second with a throw 19.16m (62' 10") (weight throw) at the UPenn Challenge ... placed third with a throw of 19.32m (63' 4") (weight throw) at the Battle in Beantown.

2021 (Outdoor): Placed second with a throw of 52.34m (hammer throw) at the Maryland Invitational ... placed first with a throw of 52.08m (hammer throw) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet. 

2019-20 (Indoor):

• Finished fifth in the shot put with a mark of 15.88m at Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
• Placed second in the shot put with a mark of 15.62m at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
• Placed third in the shot put with a mark of 15.79m also came in third at the weight throw with a mark of 14.45m (Jan. 11)
