- Averaged 5.3 points per game and 2.5 rebounds
- Reached 10+ points in four games, including a career best 13 versus Army in the WNIT Second Round (March 23)
- Brought in a career high nine rebounds against Army as well
- Ranked second on the team with 29 blocks and recorded a career best three denials twice
- Registered at least one block in 18 outings and two or more in eight games
- Made 16 three-pointers during her rookie season, the fourth most on the team
- Also ranked third on the squad with 40 free throws
- Sat fourth with 52 assists and racked up a career high five helpers twice, both during RU’s WNIT run
- During the 2022-23 season at Summercreek High School, she led her team to both an Area and a Bi-District Championship in addition to the Region 3 Finals
- A consistent double-double type player, she averaged 18.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game through her junior season
- Named to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All-State and All-Region teams
- Selected as the Newcomer of the Year and to the All-Academic Team
- Her mother, DeMya Walker-Wheatfall, was a high school All American at Rancocas Valley in Mount Holly, N.J. and went onto have a successful collegiate career at the University of Virginia where she was an honorable mention All-American
- Her mom went on to play 14 seasons in the WNBA, competing for five different teams and winning a WNBA Championship in 2005 with the Sacramento Monarchs.
- Perkins' father Ben also played college hoops, suiting up for both Providence University and McNeese University
