Nicole Turner serves as the Director of Athletic Development and Strategic Relations with the R Fund at Rutgers University Foundation and also serves as the Wrestling Sport Administrator for the Rutgers University Athletics Department.

With over 10 years of experiences in athletic fundraising, donor relations and development, she leads major donor stewardship strategy, supports fundraising initiatives and manages high-level engagement with key university stakeholders, including members of the Board of Governors and the Intercollege Athletics Committee.

Since joining Rutgers in 2018, Turner has held progressive roles in athletic development focused on major gifts, donor relations, stewardship and event strategy, helping strengthen the R Fund and drive long-term philanthropic investment in Rutgers Athletics.

Previously, she worked in athletic development at La Salle University in Philadelphia and began her career in sports information and communications at her alma mater, Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).

Turner holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration and Sport & Excercise Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration from Lock Haven.
