Andrew Panfile joined Rutgers Athletics in June 2026 and serves as compliance coordinator. A native of Milford, New Jersey, he previously worked at Florida State University.
While completing his Master’s degree in Sport Management, Panfile spent one year as compliance coordinator in the Florida State athletic department. The role included compiling information for transfer student-athletes for eligibility certification, hardship waivers, overseeing the charitable donations program and more. The promotion came after spending eight months as an athletics compliance intern.
In addition to being in the compliance office, Panfile also worked with Legends as a global partnerships intern coordinating and managing fan festivities for FSU football games and other sporting events.
Also owning experience as a customer relations representative for the Sussex County Miners minor league baseball organization in 2023, Panfile handled a variety of roles to improve fan experience.
Panfile earned a Master’s degree from Florida State University after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University in 2023 and an Associate of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sport Management from Raritan Valley Community College, competing as a baseball student-athlete throughout his undergraduate studies.
