Autumn Misuraco joined Rutgers Athletics in January 2020 and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director, Events & Programming. In her role, Misuraco is in charge of all special events and revenue events at athletic facilities. She also helps oversee the gameday operations for football and manages all facility operations and scheduling for SHI Stadium.
With New Jersey hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, Misuraco has managed the use of Rutgers has a host venue for the top club and international teams in the world. This includes hosting Paris Saint Germain and FC Porto in 2025 and international teams to be determined for the 2026 World Cup.
Misuraco previously served as Director of Facilities and Events from 2021-22, where she oversaw daily operations, building maintenance and projects for multiple athletic facilities. She was the event manager for men's soccer, wrestling, baseball and women's lacrosse and also oversaw the internship program for the facilities and events department.
Misuraco arrived at Rutgers in January of 2020 as Assistant Director of Facilities and Events and was promoted to Director of Facilities and Events in December 2021.
Before arriving at Rutgers, Misuraco spent four years at George Washington University as Coordinator of Operations and Senior Athletic Operations Associate for Events and Facilities. At GW, she provided support for the Colonials' 27 varsity teams. During her tenure, she managed both internal and external events on campus, including serving as host with USA Women's Basketball, the WNBA's Washington Mystics, Professional Fighter League MMA and the Washington Kastles professional tennis team. Additionally, she managed George Washington's appearances in the 2016 NIT, 2017 Women's NIT, 2018 CBI Tournament and 2018 Atlantic 10 Baseball Tournament.
A Rutgers graduate, Misuraco began her athletics career on the Banks as a student athletic trainer with the football program, which included the Scarlet Knights' New Era Pinstripe Bowl appearance in 2011. She also worked as a social media and game day media intern with the marketing department at Montclair State University.
Misuraco graduated from Rutgers in 2012 with her bachelor's degree in exercise science and sport studies. She earned her master's degree in exercise science and physical education from Montclair State in 2014.
Autumn resides with her husband, Anthony, and daughter, Aurora.
"We are extremely excited to add Autumn to our family," said Senior Associate Athletic Director of Facilities, Events and Operations Matt Colagiovanni. "Autumn comes to our department with overall experience handling event management and operating facilities as well as knowledge with external special events."
