Brian McCoy joined the Rutgers Athletics Department in 2023 and currently serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, help medical care for the Scarlet Knights football program. McCoy previously worked for Rutgers football as a student intern and a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Prior to returning to Rutgers, McCoy spent time as a seasonal athletic trainer for the Baltimore Ravens and completed his summer internships as an athletic trainer with the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Giants.
McCoy earned his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in applied kinesiology and a Master of Science in athletic training from the University of Delaware.
