Christopher Lapczynski joined Rutgers Athletics in 2020 and serves as the Assistant Director of Compliance, Financial Aid. In this role, he ensures adherence to NCAA and Big Ten financial aid regulations, manages scholarship agreements for student-athletes across 24 varsity sports, and partners with campus offices to support accurate aid disbursement and housing coordination.
Lapczynski previously worked as a business assistant for Rutgers Athletics, where he managed onboarding and payroll processes for Class 4, game day staff and contractors. He also gained experience as a graduate intern with the Office of Athletic Compliance, assisting with rules education, record audits and APR tracking.
A two-time Rutgers graduate, Lapczynski earned his M.S. in Global Sports Business and his B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers Business School. He also holds an A.S. in General Business from Raritan Valley Community College.
