Claire Ralston joined Rutgers Athletics in 2026 as an athletic trainer, assisting with the medical care for various Scarlet Knights programs.

Prior to joining Rutgers, Ralston served in athletic training roles at Stevens Institute of Technology and Vanderbilt.

Ralston graduated South Carolina with a degree in exercise science and obtained a Master's degree in athletic training from Seton Hall. While working on her Master's she was a graduate student athletic trainer with Rutgers, Fairleigh Dickinson and the New York Giants.
