De'Mauri Flournoy joined the Rutgers Athletic staff in May 2026. She comes "On The Banks" after spending the past year at Tennessee as a FellowVol. In her role, she supported the daily operations of the athletic department through administrative, event management and operational responsibilities. She worked closely with senior leadership, internal departments and external partners to help execute athletic events and department initiatives across multiple sports.
Prior to her time on Rocky Top, Flournoy spent the final three years of her collegiate career at Georgia. During her senior campaign, she started 14 games and appeared in all 32 contests. The 5-foot-8 guard ranked fourth in the SEC and led the team in three-point field goal percentage. Her 40.4 shooting percentage from beyond the arc marked the sixth-best single-season percentage in program history. She also ranked eighth in the SEC in three-pointers made per game (2.2) and recorded 18 double-figure scoring performances.
Flournoy made an impact off the court as well, serving on the SEC Leadership Council along with both Georgia's Inclusive Excellence Committee and Women's Leadership Committee.
