Dustin Baldwin

Dustin Baldwin is the Director of Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention for Olympic Sports.

Previously, Baldwin served as supervisor for a sports medicine clinic where he treated numerous athletes from high school to professional level. In his role as supervisor, he worked with surgeons to improve return to play testing post ACLR and developed a golf fitness/rehabilitation program. During this time, he also served as a per diem with the Rutgers men’s basketball program providing gameday assistance.

Baldwin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University in 2019 after he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University in 2016. He is now also a board-certified sports specialist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, dry needling certified, and holds a sports manual therapy certification.

He is a member of the APTA and New Jersey Sports Physical Therapy SIG. He has presented at both a national and local level on the topics of sports specialization, rehab of the female athlete, upper extremity return to play testing, and topics related to post concussion management.

Originally from Maryland, Dustin currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
