Dylan began his career as an athletic trainer with Rutgers in Summer 2024, quickly earning a full-time role with the gymnastics team.
He holds a degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University and a Master's in Kinesiology & Sport Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Dylan's professional journey includes two years at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he worked with the football and track & field teams, followed by two seasons with University of Miami football, where he gained experience in a high-pressure, Division I environment. Most recently, he’s worked with Monmouth University football and softball teams.
Dylan is a certified Athletic Trainer, dry needling certified, member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, and an American Heart Association BLS certified provider.
