Heidi Rone has been the administrative assistant for the women’s basketball program since 2012. In her role, she serves as the office manager, handling such duties as maintaining recruiting databases and expediting purchase orders and expense requests. In addition, Rone handles correspondence for the office.
Rone resides in Kendall Park, New Jersey and is the proud parent of triplets, who all graduated from Rutgers University - Courtney at Rutgers Newark for Mass Media Journalism/minor Video Production & Psychology, Jared at Rutgers New Brunswick for Political Science/ minors Arabic & Global International Studies and Kaitlyn at Rutgers Camden Nursing Honors College/ minor Psychology.
Courtney, is the former Miss Teen New Jersey International 2016 and is an ambassador for Setting Scoliosis Straight Foundation furthering her platform, finding strength in scars. A post-surgical Scoliosis Fusion Surgery patient she is helping others understand the power before, during and after of external or internal scars. She is currently building her career modeling in NYC. Jared became a fourth generation Eagle Scout. His project of “Change for Change” are interactive coin banks in which all the money goes to South Brunswick Township Social Services to help families in need. He is a firefighter with Griggstown Volunteer Fire Company #35 in Princeton. Kaitlyn was a lifeguard and a junior EMT with the Kendall Park First Aid Squad. She is now an Emergency Room Nurse in Summit.
