Jake Carinci joined the Rutgers Athletics staff in April 2022. He currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing, Game Presentation and Fan Experience.
In his role, Carinci oversees marketing, game presentation and fan experience efforts for men’s basketball and rowing, while also playing a key role in football initiatives.
Carinci arrived “On the Banks” from the University of Michigan, where he served as a fan experience assistant. There, Carinci oversaw the marketing and fan experience efforts for the Wolverines’ field hockey, ice hockey, women’s lacrosse and wrestling programs.
A native of Twinsburg, Ohio, Carinci graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2021. During his time as an undergraduate, Carinci interned with the Nittany Lions’ marketing and event operations departments.
Carinci currently resides in Somerset, New Jersey.
