Janet Thomas serves as an Account Manager for Anthony Travel, supporting Rutgers Athletics. She oversees domestic and international team travel arrangements for coaches, staff and athletics personnel.
Prior to joining Rutgers in 2022, Thomas spent more than 40 years in the travel industry, including 24 years with American Express and five years with Direct Travel. Throughout her career, she specialized in corporate, athletic and international travel, managing complex group and individual itineraries while developing expertise in airline operations, international travel requirements and client service.
With extensive experience in athletic travel, Thomas coordinates air, hotel, rail and ground transportation for Rutgers teams while providing travel support to university partners across the country.
