Jeffrey Billig serves as assistant director of development with the R Fund.
Billig joined Rutgers following a stint at Holy Cross where he was an assistant director with the Holy Cross Fund before shifting to assistant director of leadership giving. In his role at Holy Cross, Billig managed a portfolio of prospects and focused on donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
Prior to Holy Cross, Billig worked with Boston College Athletics in student-athlete development, where he supported programming and events for more than 750 student-athletes. He also worked with the Boston Red Sox in fan and youth engagement, supporting community events and fan experiences at Fenway Park.
Billig earned a master of science in sports administration from Boston College and a bachelor of science in exercise science with a minor in coaching from West Chester University. Billig was track and field student-athlete at West Chester and Xavier University.
