JK Schneiderman joined the Rutgers Athletics staff in November 2021 as the Director of Business and Travel Operations, bringing experience in operations and finance. With more than a decade in the college sports industry, Schneiderman has devised creative, effective, and budget friendly solutions for the Scarlet Knights’ travel and business operations.
In his role, Schneiderman is responsible for leading the athletic department’s credit card and expense management programs. He also acts as the liaison between all internal and external stakeholders regarding travel operations.
Prior to joining RU, Schneiderman worked for Anthony Travel, serving as an account manager for Rutgers Athletics. While with Athony Travel, Schneiderman coordinated logistics for the department’s athletic programs including arranging group air transportation, ground transportation, and lodging for competitions.
Schneiderman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sport studies from Rutgers. As an undergraduate, he served as head manager for the men’s basketball program for three seasons.
Schneiderman received an MBA in Finance from Saint Peter’s University in 2019. During his time at Saint Peter’s, he served as the director of operations and video for the Peacocks men’s basketball program. He was also a graduate assistant for internal operations, business and finance in the athletic department.
