Margaux Lesser joined the Rutgers Athletic staff in August 2025 and currently serves as the Director for Student-Athlete Development and Success. She works directly as the Scarlet Knights for Life liaison for field hockey, softball and women's rowing. She also oversee the community & engagement area within SAAC, helping create opportunities for student-athlete engagement, leadership and service. In addition, Lesser supports career and professional development initiatives through networking events, employer partnerships and career readiness programming for Rutgers student-athletes.

Lesser graduated from New York University with a degree in Global Public Health and Sociology in 2025 and played softball there.
