A Rutgers alumnus, Michael Duffek joined Rutgers Athletics in 2022. In his current role as Technology and Helpdesk Administrator, Michael assists the department with day-to-day hardware, software and network support.

Prior to his arrival “On the Banks” Duffek worked as a help desk technician with Middlesex County, and previously served with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a contracted Computer Operator.

Michael graduated from Rutgers with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2017 and is currently enrolled in the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies MBS program, concentrating in IT.

Michael resides in Hunterdon County with his wife, Amber.
