Mike Conway joined Rutgers Athletics in December 2023 and currently serves as graphic designer. In his role, Conway serves as the graphic designer for men's basketball, gymnastics, volleyball, softball, rowing, football marketing, the Rutgers Team Shop and R Fund.
Prior to joining Rutgers, Conway was a graphic designer at Temple from January 2022 through December 2023, where he assisted in the strategy and execution of all men's basketball content for social media and recruiting. He was also the the lead designer for Temple Athletics, overseeing the design efforts for multiple sports and managing the department's design interns.
Conway also worked at West Virginia as a graphic design graduate assistant from June 2021 through January 2022. In his role with the Mountaineers, Conway served as the main graphic design contact for volleyball, rife, swimming and diving and tennis, while serving as the secondary design contact for football marketing and baseball.
A 2020 graduate of Misericordia with a degree in sport management, Conway was a four-year member of the football team. He played in 38 games and made 11 starts for the Cougars, racking up 87 tackles, 12.5 tackles-for-loss, 5.5 sacks and a fumble recovery.
Conway currently resides in South Plainfield with his fiancée, Jessica.
