Michael Martinez began his cheer career at the University of Delaware in 2008. Like many other male cheerleaders, his journey in the competitive cheer world did not begin until college. Since that time, he has made a career out of his passion. He began his coaching career shortly after college by joining the staff of World Cup in Freehold, NJ as the stunt coordinator. He now owns Next Level All Stars, a cheer gym in Northern New Jersey. This will be his third year as a member of the coaching staff at Rutgers.
