Mike Musialowski

Mike Musialowski joined the R Fund and Rutgers Athletics as the Director of Premium in the winter of 2025. He comes to the Scarlet Knights after over a decade of experience in premium and ticket sales, including nearly seven with various arenas and professional sports franchises.
Most recently, Musialowski spent nearly three years with Oak View Group, serving as the Senior Manager of Sales & Service at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore. He worked specifically as the Premium Service Department lead, generating new business for the arena's luxury and premium seating options while serving as the point of contact for suite members, sponsors, VIP clients and premium ticket holders.
Prior to that, Musialowski spent nearly five seasons with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL), Philadelphia Flyers and Carolina Hurricanes. He also spent two seasons with the Buffalo Bills.
Musialowski is a 2014 graduate of Niagara University where he earned his degree in sports management.
