MJ Bathan has been at Rutgers since 2022. As a Team Leader of Sales and Service, his main duties entail overseeing women’s basketball ticketing and all Spirit Program ticketing initiatives including Spirit Day and the Junior Spirit Program.
Prior to joining the ticket office, the Bridgewater, N.J. native graduated from Rutgers in 2021 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Digital Communications, Information and Media (DCIM). As a student, he was a women’s basketball practice player under Coach C. Vivian Stringer and a member of the Cheerleading team, winning multiple awards across his 2 seasons “On the Banks.”
In his free time, MJ enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking care of his dog Acorn and cat Roe, playing basketball, running, and listening to music. His older sister Nicole and cousin Brian (Class of 2019) also graduated from Rutgers.
