Nicole Koupiaris joined Rutgers Athletics in August 2016 and currently serves as an executive assistant.
In her role, Koupiaris handles administrative responsibilities for Executive Deputy Athletic Director, Chief Operating and Revenue Officer Todd Knisley and Deputy Athletic Director, Senior Woman Administrator Brittney O'Dell. Additionally, she manages scheduling, travel arrangements and coordinates logistics for events and athletic department meetings.
Prior to her arrival “On the Banks,” Koupiaris assisted the President at Drew University in Madison, N.J. She also spent time working in Commercial Real Estate with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank & SL Green Realty in New York City.
A native of Bound Brook, New Jersey, Koupiaris competed in cross country and track & field at Bound Brook High School, excelling in the 800m. She was also starred in softball, helping the team to a state championship in 1997. She is a member of the BBHS Athletic Hall of Fame.
A co-founder of a cultural art and music non-profit in the greater New Brunswick area called “Hub City Revival,” Koupiaris is a photographer and travels the globe looking for the perfect shot in time.
