Patrick “Scooter” Mullin was born and raised In Washington Township, NJ and is a member of the Rutgers University Class of 2016, earning a BA in History. During his time at the University, he was a 4 year letter winner with the Spirit Program and a member of the Scarlet (Coed) Team. He was captain in his senior year, during which they competed in the Coed Division at the UCA College Nationals for the first time in over a decade. He led the Scarlet Team to an 11th place national rank. After taking some time away from Rutgers to start his career, he came back as an assistant coach of the Scarlet Team. In 2020, he will be heading into his 3rd year coaching with the program, and will focus on the game day experience to ensure that our University’s cheers and songs are loud and proud. When Scooter is not at the RAC or at SHI, he spends most of his time at his new home in Somerville, NJ with his cat Sadie. Scooter has a wonderful family back in South Jersey, including his father Michael, his mother Jennifer and his two younger sisters, Julia and Marissa.
