CAREER SUMMARY

Rudy Peralta joined Rutgers Athletics in 2009 and currently serves as Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations & Support Services. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the year-round maintenance, operations, and management of all athletics facilities and playing fields.

Rudy directs the department's Support Services team, which includes mechanics, electricians, grounds personnel, custodial staff, audiovisual technicians, and painting services. He also oversees capital improvement projects, including facility upgrades, renovations, and the development of new athletics facilities. Additionally, he manages numerous vendor partnerships supporting football, men's and women's basketball, and all home athletic competitions — including nationally televised events and postseason play — across more than 200 athletic events annually.

In 2021, Rudy was featured in Rutgers University's "Faces and Voices of Rutgers" series, where he was interviewed by Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway to discuss his journey and experiences within Rutgers Athletics.

Rudy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, with a concentration in Criminal Justice, from Rutgers University (2017), and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, also from Rutgers, in 2021.
