Rudy Peralta joined the Rutgers Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in April 2009 and currently serves as the Operations Area Manager. He oversees the custodial staff, mechanics, electricians and painter, ensuring that all day-to-day tasks are completed.

A proud Rutgers alumnus, Peralta earned degrees this past spring as a double major in Criminal Justice, as well as Labor Studies and Employment Relations.

Prior to his arrival "On the Banks." Peralta pursued a music career and toured throughout the United States and Canada playing guitar for a bachata band. He and wife Jahaira reside in Middlesex County and are the proud parents of two children, Jaylee and Gianna.
