Shayna Sadow, a 2021 graduate of Rutgers, joined the athletic department as a Marketing Coordinator in February 2022.
She currently serves as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience within the department. In her position, she oversees the Marketing and Fan Experience efforts for The Rutgers Boardwalk. Sadow played a key role in the co-creation and execution of The Rutgers Boardwalk, which debuted during the 2022 football season.
Before joining Rutgers in a full-time role, Sadow worked in the Marketing Department of the New York Red Bulls in the MLS. As a student at RU, Sadow served as an Executive Marketing Intern with the Athletic Department. Shadow graduated Rutgers in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.
