Theresa Randise was named the Coordinator of Olympic Sports Operations in May 2015. She works closely with Rutgers’ men’s and women’s lacrosse, women’s golf and women’s tennis.
Randise’s responsibilities include coordinating and managing alumni events, team banquets, fundraisers, expense reports and travel arrangements. She collaborates with head coaches, the marketing and development teams to ensure that all goals are met and that all events are executed properly. Randise also works with the business office and compliance department to confirm that all paperwork is completed within NCAA regulations, as well as conference regulations.
Prior to serving as the Coordinator of Olympic Sports Operations, Randise was an administrative assistant in the athletic department.
Before arriving at Rutgers, Randise was President and CEO of Paradise Media Products, Inc., where she was instrumental in taking the business from a software-based company to the number one worldwide hardware distributor for Viewcast, Inc. She also worked as department supervisor at BNL Enterprises creating process flow and departmental guidelines for the company, and was as a legal assistant for Philip Tortoreti, Esq. preparing comprehensive legal documents.
Randise graduated from Goucher College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and government. She also has a paralegal certification.
