Career Summary:
Traci Kieffer joined Rutgers Athletics in November of 2025. Traci is currently the primary Facilities & Events contact for Rutgers Women’s Soccer, Women’s Swimming & Diving, Women’s Rowing, Softball, and Women’s Lacrosse programs. Before Rutgers, Traci was at the New York Jets as Assistant, Fan Engagement, Game Presentation, and Gameday Operations. Traci coordinated and oversaw all Jets events , including logistics, staffing and execution. She also assisted in the planning and execution of pre-game, halftime, and post-game fan experiences. Prior to the New York Jets, Traci was a paraprofessional at Hampton Public School, where she was a one-on-one aide. Traci is a graduate of Misericordia University in August 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. Traci is a graduate of Misericordia University in May 2022 with a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Management.
