JAMAICA, NY – The Rutgers volleyball team (13-9,
  1-5 BIG EAST) ended its four-match road trip with a hard fought 3-0 (28-30,
  28-30 and 22-30) loss to St. John’s (15-9, 1-4 BIG EAST) on Friday, Oct.
  29.
The Scarlet Knights were led by senior Dawn Christjaener (Huntington Beach,
  CA), who registered a team-high 14 kills and nine digs. Senior Abbey Martin
  (Topeka, KS) once again led the team with 29 assists, while junior Courtney
  Stout (San Marcos, CA) recorded a career-high five service aces.
Rutgers will return to New Brunswick for its final two home matches of the
  season. The Scarlet Knights will take on the Pittsburgh Panthers on Friday,
  Nov. 5, at 7:00 p.m. and the West Virginia Mountaineers on Sunday, Nov. 7,
at 2:00 p.m.
