MILWAUKEE, WI - The Rutgers University volleyball team (9-14, 4-6 BIG EAST) fell to BIG EAST newcomer Marquette (13-10, 6-5 BIG EAST) 3-0 (30-23, 30-28 30-22) on Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Al McGuire Center.

Junior Lora Yankauskas (Paramus, NJ) led with 16 kills and added a team-high four block assists, while freshman Roxy Calder (Oceanside, CA) led with 29 assists.

Freshman Kyra Thompson (Tucson, AZ) posted a team-high 15 defensive digs and senior Courtney Stout (San Marcos, CA) chipped in 11.

Rutgers will host the Connecticut Huskies at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the College Avenue Gymnasium.
