Rutgers Adds Dellaganna to 2007 Recruiting Class

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Rutgers head football coach Greg Schiano announced Monday that Teddy Dellaganna of Bakersfield CC has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for the Scarlet Knights beginning in the fall of 2007. Dellaganna will have three years of eligibility for the Scarlet Knights after spending his freshman year at Bakersfield CC in Bakersfield, Calif.
"With the graduation of Joe Radigan, our four year starter at punter, we feel Teddy will fit in perfectly in our competition at the punter position," said Schiano.
Dellaganna is the 22nd member of the 2007 recruiting class for the Scarlet Knights.

Coach Chudy on Dellaganna: 'Teddy is a very good athlete who has a lot potential. He has a strong leg and a bright future ahead of him. Teddy came from a small high school and was an all-league player at four different positions, which is pretty tough to accomplish.
