Rutgers Volleyball Falls at No. 25 Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, Ohio (September 26, 2010) – The Rutgers volleyball team dropped a three set match to 25thranked Cincinnati this afternoon at Fifth Third Arena.
The Bearcats (13-3) posted scores of 25-14, 25-20 and 25-16 to knock off the Scarlet Knights (7-8).
The Scarlet Knights were led by sophomore Stephanie Zielinski (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.) who recorded her sixth double-double of the season with 30 assists and 10 digs. The RU offense was paced by senior Caitlin Saxton (Encinitas, Calif.) who notched 10 kills.
Rutgers returns to action next weekend when it opens its BIG EAST home slate with matchups with Pittsburgh and West Virginia.
