WSOC in the Rankings - Week 12

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Rutgers women's soccer team was ranked in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), Soccer America and TopDrawerSoccer.com Top 25 for the sixth consecutive week in the 13th round of weekly rankings.

Rutgers (12-5-1) was ranked No. 25 by the NSCAA, No. 21 by Soccer America and No. 23 by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
The Scarlet Knights enter the postseason ranked for the first time since 2009. RU also boasts the longest streak of being ranked by the NSCAA and Soccer America since appearing in both polls for 10-straight weeks in 2009.
RU hosts La Salle (14-5-2) on Friday night in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Yurcak Field.
