Price, Vekaria Named To All-B1G Academic Team

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Rutgers men's cross country team had two Scarlet Knights - sophomore Nicholas Price (Old Bridge, N.J.) and junior Jaimin Vekaria (Clinton, N.J.) - named to the Big Ten All-Academic Team, it was announced on Wednesday by the conference office.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners who are in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Academic All-Big Ten:
Nicholas Price - Sophomore - Old Bridge, N.J. - Undeclared
Jaimin Vekaria - Junior - Clinton, N.J. - Finance
The two members of the All-Big Ten Academic team were among the 977 fall sport student-athletes honored and 77 men's cross country student-athletes recognized.
